He did his B.Tech (Mechanical Engg) and M.Tech (Energy Engineering ) from NIT Jaipur. He is techno-academic person & has more the ten year experience of various fields.( Industry, Teaching & Research). He has worked in International collaborative Research project. (The U.S.-India Joint Center for Building Energy Research and Development (CBERD). He has experience of maintenance of steel plant, Energy audit, managing the 300 kWp solar power plant, Schefler dish solar thermal steam generation plant, third party inspection of solar PV system for Rajasthan government, hand on experience of national and international measuring equipment’s.

She has done her graduation in English Honours and Psychology and post graduation in English literature.She is an academician and has an extensive experience in the field of education.she is creative and innovative thinker with effective human resources management and task oriented skills set.She excels in team building, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. She has the ability to excel in an ever growing environment; to communicate effectively at all levels; and to adapt readily to new challenges.  She brings different perspectives and a different understanding of the world to the team.
